*The kitset cost also includes delivery to your site. Please note - Westland District and locations north of Auckland may incur an additional charge. If you are in these areas, please submit your site address here for a confirmed costing.

Everything except the concrete and related materials. All sheds come with barge flashings, guttering and downpipes, all fixings, and a detailed set of plans making the installation easy.

All sheds are designed for very high wind ratings and 1kpa snow zones. If you would like us to check your site location for suitability – submit your site details here for confirmation.

Please note these sheds are not designed for areas close to the sea, prone to salt spray, or other corrosive environments.

Once you have decided which design is best for you, simply click “enquire now”. From here, you can submit all your details to either receive a contract or choose to discuss your project further with the team.

If you are ready for a contract, a deposit will be required to secure your project.

A 30% deposit is required to secure your order, the remainder is due prior to dispatching the kitset.

These sheds are predesigned in-stock kitsets. You can add as many bays as you like for additional cost (please find costings for this on each design).

If you require a shed with lock-up bays, doors, or something a little different, visit the shed builder here for a quote on a customised Alpine building.

These plans are predesigned at efficient sizes and heights, however, if you do require an alternative height, contact the team here to discuss your options.

Delivery will be 2-3 weeks post consent approval.

Consent normally takes 20-30 working days depending on your council, and prior to that we allow 1-2 weeks to get the engineer’s sign-off and paperwork prepared for lodging.

Our operations team will be in contact with you once your order is underway and will work with you for a delivery time that suits you best.

We can hold the price and product for up to 4 months from the date of your initial deposit being received.

Alpine will lodge the building consent on your behalf and deal with any queries from the council.

This excludes council consent fee, which is passed on to you. Consent fees can vary from $1,000 - $3,000 depending on your council.

Alpine will send a Building Consent Requirement form to you along with the contract, this is a one-page document that will give us some site-specific details so we can lodge the consent.

A lot of clients will put these sheds up themselves or with help from a builder friend.

  • The shed is designed as a shell-only shed to importance level 1, not as a habitable dwelling.
  • Freight is based on you providing forks to unload.
  • The deposit is non-refundable.
