Quality Timber

Timber framing minimises condensation and reduces noise from tools, machinery, and bad weather.

Safeguard your Aircraft

Maximum Protection for Your Aircraft

Safeguard your valuable assets from the risks of nesting birds, corrosive droppings, and excess moisture. A bird-proof shed design eliminates perching areas, while the timber construction reduces condensation, ensuring your assets stay protected from bird droppings and moisture.

01

Bird-proof Design

Timber purlins fit tightly between box section rafters, leaving nowhere for birds to perch which protects your aircraft from corrosive bird droppings.

02

Maximum Roof Clearance

No obtrusive knee or apex braces eliminates nesting spots to maintain a clean, hygienic working environment. The absence of centre supports allows you to safely spin helicopter rotors and perform pre-flight checks indoors.

03

Condensation Control

Timber poles and framing prevents condensation and dripping to ensure your aircraft are protected from mould and degradation.

Built for Generations

Designed for durability and efficiency, quality materials ensure your hangar stands strong for generations to come.

Structural Steel Rafters

5-10mm thick structural steel rafters are hot-dip galvanised for superior rust protection, ensuring maximum longevity.

Pre-Dried, Graded Timber

Pre-drying timber reduces the moisture content by up to 60% which results in timber that is lighter, easier to work with, and doesn’t warp over time.

50-Year Building Consent

Let our in-house team of experts handle the complex council process, saving you the headache of navigating compliance requirements on your own.

My Hangar Will Be Located in a High Wind & Snow Zone. Are Your Buildings Designed for This?

Yes, all our sheds are designed to the wind and snow load of your specific zone. We take into account factors such as snow loads, wind zones, sea level, salt spray and earthquake zones to ensure your shed is designed specifically for your site.

Can I Make My Aircraft Habitable?

Unfortunately not. The Alpine design is consented to Importance Level 1 (IL1) construction which means they aren’t able to be used as a habitable dwelling.
