Alpine | Attika Updates

Zachary Brewerton - Alpine Sales

Gidday,

The Sales team have been flat out the past few weeks, with plenty of enquiries coming through.

Big project in the making at the moment is a feed pad for Bruce Turpie at the south end of Timaru, exciting times, poles will be going in in the coming months. With a HUGE roof shout early next year.

Shout out to Terry for making it easier with AI projects to make all things more efficient.

And the team is looking forward to the team day coming up in Chch, next week. Game on.

Greg Williamson - Attika Business Development Manager

It has been a busy period for the team, with a number of significant opportunities progressing across the country, spanning aviation, cold storage, agriculture, logistics, large-scale industrial development and retail.

We currently have seven projects each valued at over $15 million sitting across concept, proposal sent and verbal agreement stages, which is a great reflection of the work the whole team has been putting in.

We have also recently presented concepts to a number of clients who are well advanced in their decision-making, and the feedback has been very positive.  We have also been embracing AI to sharpen how we identify and pursue the right opportunities, helping us get in front of the right people at the right time.

The pipeline continues to grow, and there are some exciting prospects in the works across multiple sectors and regions. Watch this space!

Project $20M

To the Attika Team

The work that’s gone in to get us this close has been massive — and the results are showing! 👏

We’re knocking on the door of that $20 MILLION Contracts One target now, which means Mount Cook is getting closer too! 🚁🏔️

Bring it home, Attika! 💪🔥

Staff Highlights

Staff Shout Out

Andrew Otto and Team!

Top work on the Silverdale project.

At the start of this project there were some doubters as we started at least 4 weeks behind programme. To pick up 4 weeks within 9 months on a very trying project is a sterling effort by Andrew Otto, he silenced those doubters. We've still to get over the finish line but it is in sight and almost touchable!

Top work all; appreciate how deep the team has dug to get this project to where we are now!

Staff Shout-out

The Alpine Team

Recent feedback from some clients:

Just a side thought for your team - We held an open day on farm today, our Alpine shed got a lot of attention and questions, so you may get a few phone calls going forward, as feedback was very positive and we were proud to let everyone know it was an Alpine shed 🙂

- Jason and Leanne Erb

I would like to also say at this point what a fantastic operation Alpine buildings is. From concept stage, concept plans, costings through to details for building consent it has been a very user-friendly and well organised team. We appreciate that very much.
