With Carver on board, we are getting payment batches processed and approved in good time, helping to keep our suppliers happy.
Alpine job back costing is now being completed monthly again, following a few delays caused by system changes. With monthly back costing back on track, we are able to learn faster, make adjustments sooner, and ultimately improve EBITDA.
With Attika moving to Procore for Project Financials, we will soon have financial data coming from multiple sources, which will require some changes to our finance and accounts processes.
We are also currently researching AI agents and exploring ways to use AI to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
Carly Powell - Attika Design Technician
The Attika Archi team have been flat out over the past few weeks, with sales flying in and keeping us well and truly on our toes!
We’ve been working on a huge variety of concepts lately —everything from multi storey storage developments and hangars to bulk storage facilities, along with plenty of other weird and wonderful projects in between. There’s definitely no shortage of variety coming across our desks!
We’re also very pleased to have Emma back in the office, just in time to help us wrangle the growing list of upcoming projects
It’s shaping up to be a busy few months for the team, with plenty of exciting projects in the pipeline. Between concepts, and consents, there’s lots happening in Archi-land!
Fun fact: I have worked on approximately 220 new concepts since January, averaging more than one concept per working day! Big shout out to the sales team who have been bringing in the leads to keep us busy!

A big shout-out to Emma, who has recently returned to the office as Design Manager, helping move those whale projects through from Sales to Projects!
Emma has shown great initiative on Apogee Aviation, working directly with contractors to clarify design queries and ensure pricing is accurate from the outset. Her proactive approach, attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile are making a real difference, especially with the workload everyone is carrying.
Great team play, Emma! Your efforts are much appreciated.

On Wednesday, we updated the actuals for August and the forecast for September, which has increased our EBITDA for FY2027 to $4.3 million.
It's fantastic to see us surpass the $4 million mark. This achievement is a direct reflection of the dedication, collaboration, and hard work that each of you brings to the team every day.
