Alpine | Attika Updates
Cherry Rountree - Alpine Marketing
Hello all, quick update from Alpine Marketing team.
Recently we added a new section on the website for written Case Studies - another source of content showing our work.
Dyani and I did a marketing trip a few weeks back, getting more content and another testimonial video. Dyani has been busy updating the Gallery on our website too, showcasing the quality of our product.
We also got out yesterday to Jonathan Wallis's shed in the Hakataramea Valley, and got footage of the Install Team working in Omarama on Keith Essex's hangar.
Brad and Rogan attended a Marketing Hub in Sydney last week, which had some good learnings on building brand awareness and educating clients before they talk to a Sales rep, looking forward to working on this and coming up with ideas on how to educate clients more, and increasing their desire to have an Alpine shed.
At the moment we’re working away at End of Year client gifts (comes around quickly), and looking to plan out the upcoming Fieldays events at the start of next year - we have 3 shows back to back to back, with:
- Wanaka Show on 12th -13th March
- Central Districts Fieldays on 18th - 20th March (first time we’ve been here for many years)
- Kirwee Fieldays on 7th - 9th April
- Then National Fieldays later, from 16th - 19th June
Shout-out again to the Directors and Alpine team for hitting our 7.5M Project, the flight was epic and no doubt everyone else thoroughly enjoyed it!
Vern Lawry - Attika Sales
Big things are happening on the Attika sales front, and it's worth taking a moment to celebrate some serious momentum.
Showgrounds has kicked off in design (a huge shoutout to Almanzo for the effort put into that one), with a project value of $30 million TBC.
We've also got a letter of intent signed for Ballance Awarua at approximately $25 million,
and a verbal agreement for Ballance Gore sitting at around $6 million.
That's a lot of zeros in a short space of time.
The pipeline is heating up too:
- A large workshop project is moving through initial design and qualifying stages, potentially featuring offices the size of Alpine Buildings' head office and workshops five times the size.
- Almanzo is working across several large-scale self-storage facilities, with project values potentially exceeding $20 million each
There's no shortage of work coming down the line, and the BD efforts are clearly paying off.
Once a few more of these land as confirmed sales, that lap around Mount Cook is well and truly on the cards. Watch this space!
Project $7.5M / Project $20M

What a result for Alpine — target smashed! 🎯
Thanks Alpine team for all your hard work, determination and push to absolutely knock the target out of the park. Safe to say we all very much enjoyed the flight around Mt Cook on Tuesday this week — a pretty epic way to celebrate what the team has achieved!
Meanwhile, Attika is hot on Alpine’s heels!
A huge effort from the Attika team has put the target at their fingertips. Now it’s a matter of getting them across the line and officially calling them SOLD 😁
Bring it home Attika!

Shout out to Ged Person, for his sale of Bruce Turpie’s composting barn. It’s a $1.6m job, which is the biggest ever sale by an Alpine Salesperson, and what tipped us over for the Mt Cook flight!
